    Chef Karen has worked at Share Health System off and on for 28+ years. She is the Dining Service Manager & handles food service for Homestead Independent Living, Share Convalescent Home, & Share Medical Center. Karen enjoys using her creativity to write recipes and cater on-site events.

    Dining Services Manager
    Lucia is the Manager at Village at Oakwood Assisted Living. She began as a server in 2010 & worked her way to the Manager position. Lucia has been a vital part of the Carson’s team which has earned perfect scores at every OSDH inspection at that account.
  • CHEF ROBERT MARTINEZ

    Chef / Manager
    Chef Robert has been cooking & managing restaurants for 35+ years. His love of all things culinary even extends to his favorite pastime, which is trout fishing. He is the Dining Services Manager / Chef at Wagoner Community Hospital.
  • Chef Bob Geller

    Chef / Manager
    Chef Bob is a Certified Dietary Manager & Certified Food Safety Manager. He started working with Carson’s in 2012 as the Dietary Manager / Chef at Wagoner Community Hospital. In 2017, he was promoted to the management position at Go Ye Village in Tahlequah, OK.
  • Chef Liz Garrett

    Chef / Manager
    Chef Liz has been the Chef / Manager at Silver ELM Estates of Edmond since 2015. She has worked on/off for Carson’s since 2003. During that time, she opened and managed our Rose State dining services account for 3 years and Hertz for 2 years. Chef Liz has handled catering of special events and cross training staff. She completed a commercial food training program at Metro Tech.
  • Chef Jason Rose

    Chef Jason is the Dining Services Manager at Silver ELM Estates of Norman. Prior to that he managed our accounts at FountainBrook Assisted Living & Go Ye Village. Chef Jason is a Certified Dietary Manager & has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications & Public Relations.
  • Chef Oscar Rangel

    Chef / Manager
    Chef Oscar has worked with Carson’s since 2012. He managed dining services at a 90-unit assisted living community for 7 years & achieved a deficiency-free record for that entire time. Chef Oscar is continuing that track record as Dining Services Manager at Bellevue Health & Rehab.
  • Chef David Brantner

    Chef / Manager
    Chef David manages dining services at Carlstone Senior Living. Prior to that, he managed Carson’s Meals on Wheels program serving 6 Daily Living Centers, United Way Adult Day Care, Edmond Senior Center, Circle of Life, & Easter Seals Adult Day Health Center. He has also managed dining at Carson’s Silver Elm Estates of Norman account for 3 years. Chef David has also been our traveling chef sharing his culinary skills among our clients for special events & busier days.
